- Government-issued ID details for booking verification
- Event details (event type, date, guest list, vendor preferences)
- Payment and transaction details (bank transfer, UPI, etc.)
- Photos/videos of your event taken by our in-house team
2. Purpose of Collection
- To confirm bookings and coordinate services
- To comply with legal identification and security requirements
- To manage vendor coordination for smooth event execution
- For internal analysis and service improvement
- To use photographs or event footage for promotional purposes, unless opted out
3. Event Media Usage
TGHR reserves the right to use event photos and videos for marketing unless the client explicitly opts out in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. Drone footage may be captured and used unless objected to in advance.
4. Data Sharing & Protection
- Data is shared only with trusted internal teams and approved vendors for coordination purposes.
- TGHR does not sell or misuse your data.
- We implement robust physical and digital security protocols to protect stored data.
- We are not liable for breaches outside our control (e.g., cyberattacks, vendor-side leaks).
