Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective from 1st January 2024
1. Non-Refundable Components
- Token and all advance payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Date Change Policy
- Allowed once if requested 30+ days in advance.
- New date must be within 3 months.
- Subject to availability.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations result in forfeiture of all paid amounts.
- No refunds under any circumstances.
4. Missed Payments
- If full payment isn’t made 15 days prior, the booking is cancelled without refund.
5. Force Majeure
- In case of events like floods or pandemics, rescheduling may be allowed at management’s sole discretion.
